With over 20 years of experience, John has held key roles at various organizations, including Head of Solution Consulting at CPA Global and Clarivate, where they led global implementation teams and drove system transformations. John holds a B.Eng. in Manufacturing Engineering and Management from the University of Strathclyde and a Postgraduate Certificate in Intellectual Property Law from Brunel University London, along with qualifications in European patent law.
