Youngin Kim

Youngin Kim has over 15 years of experience in management and operations, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Operations and Operations Manager at MultiLing since September 2008. Responsibilities include overseeing global operations, addressing technical challenges, setting team goals, and fostering cross-functional teamwork. Youngin is also involved in human resources, managing the hiring process, resolving conflicts, and training internal and external teams. Additionally, Youngin contributes to business development as an account manager, enhancing client relationships and expanding revenue opportunities. Recently, Youngin has also been a Business Development Specialist at Questel since October 2019.
