Mark Narad

Mark Narad is an experienced application support manager currently working at Questeq since June 2020, after previously holding the role of instructional application analyst. Prior to Questeq, Mark served as a partner success manager at ConnectWise from August 2019 to June 2020, where responsibilities included building strong partner relationships, monitoring usage data, and proposing business solutions. Mark's long tenure at Pennsylvania Cyber Charter School from January 2007 to August 2019 involved roles such as systems administrator, LMS administrator, technology research and development coordinator, and helpdesk technician, providing extensive support and technical solutions. Additionally, Mark has experience as a continuing education instructor at Community College of Beaver County, teaching courses on Apple products and developing educational programs using Minecraft.
