Katie Steingrabe

Katie Steingrabe is an experienced professional in event registration and coordination, currently serving as the Registration Manager at Questex since October 2025. Prior to this role, Katie worked as an Event Registration Senior Coordinator at Smithbucklin from May 2022 to October 2025, and as a Membership and Events Assistant at the Minnesota Chamber of Commerce from December 2019 to May 2022. Earlier experience includes positions such as Seasonal Campaign Representative at Greater Twin Cities United Way, Volunteer and Outreach Coordinator and Social Media Manager at TABLE TO TABLE FOOD DISTRIBUTION NETWORK, and various roles at Summer of the Arts, including Interim Communications Coordinator. Katie's career began as a Management Team Member at Pullman Bar & Diner, along with earlier positions as Events Logistics Coordinator Intern and Youth Counselor. Katie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies and a minor in Rhetoric & Persuasion from the University of Iowa.
