Susie Roth

Susie Roth has extensive work experience in human resources and compensation. Susie began their career at The TJX Companies, Inc. in 1986, where they served as an Assistant Manager and was responsible for conducting interviews, employee orientation, and handling employee relations. In 1995 and 1996, they worked at Penton Media as an Accounts Receivable Clerk and Supervisor. From 1996 to 2004, they held various positions at Penton Media, including Compensation Manager and Compensation Supervisor. In 2016, they joined Informa as the Head of HR Service Delivery, where they developed and administered compensation plans and implemented a Pay for Performance Program. In 2019, they joined Questex as the VP of HR and also worked at Zonda as the VP of Compensation. Overall, Susie Roth has over 30 years of experience in HR and compensation roles.

Susie Roth attended Emploria State University from 1989 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
