Ayanna Strong

Ayanna Strong is a Food Services Director at Fenwick High School with five years of progressive leadership in food service operations across both school districts and corporate dining. Previously, Ayanna held positions as a Pastry Sous Chef at City Winery and a Lead Baker at Bon Appétit Management Company, where they specialized in menu planning for large catering events. Ayanna’s expertise includes managing large-scale food production, budgeting, and compliance with health and safety regulations, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and innovative menu development. Ayanna earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Baking and Pastry Arts from Washburn Culinary.
