Dan Lukasavitz

Dan Lukasavitz currently serves as the Director of Operations for Wright State Dining Services at Quest Food Management Services since October 2023, managing multi-unit operations across Food & Beverage, Catering, Retail, and Sports & Entertainment venues. Prior experience includes a role as General Manager at RMD Portfolios LLC, overseeing a mid-sized convenience store, and as District Manager for Greeley-Evans School District 6, where operations were maintained across 23 food service sites in compliance with National School Lunch Program standards. Dan's earlier positions include Kitchen Manager at Mimi's Café, where communication and time management skills were enhanced, a Producer role at Allstate, implementing efficiencies in homeowner quotes, and serving at Village Inn. Dan holds a Culinary Arts degree from Front Range Community College and is pursuing a degree in Organizational Leadership at Wright State University.
