Jonathon Sherman is currently the Executive Chef at the University of Chicago Laboratory School and has been with Quest Food Management Services since 2018. With a background in culinary arts gained through previous positions at Dmasti Catering and Bespoke Cuisine, Inc, they bring extensive experience to their culinary endeavors. Jonathon is also pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management at Robert Morris University - Illinois.
