Mari Stevenson

Mari Stevenson is a culinary professional with diverse experience in the food industry. They served as Kitchen Manager at Crème de la Crème, Inc. and later became the Food Truck Owner and Chef at Aijo Kitchen LLC, where they created unique Japanese fusion foods. They held various roles, including Restaurant General Manager at MORA Asian Kitchen and QA Sampling Chef II at ALDI USA, demonstrating versatility in culinary management and quality assurance. Currently, they are the Food Service Director at Quest Food Management Services while pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design and an Associate of Occupational Studies in Culinary Arts from Brigham Young University - Hawaii and Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, respectively.
