Taylor Hignite

Taylor Hignite is an accomplished Executive Chef and culinary consultant with a diverse background in food service that began as a young expo. They advanced through various kitchen roles, ultimately becoming a Unit Manager/Head Chef for Campus Cooks and an Executive Sous Chef at The Oceanaire Seafood Room. Taylor is currently an Executive Chef for a higher education account at Quest Food Management Services and is pursuing further education at the Escoffier Culinary Academy, with goals of becoming an ACF certified Chef Instructor. Their expertise includes managing allergy-specific meals, creating extensive menus, and training kitchen staff, reflecting a commitment to culinary excellence and innovation.
