Ross MacPherson

Ross has a strong technical and client relationship background developed over 30 years in the loss adjusting market.

Ross has hands-on involvement in their TPA service from a client and operational standpoint and also manages a significant number of their client relationships both in the composite and London insurer markets and across both brokers and corporate.

Ross is a member of the Executive Board, having joined QuestGates when the business was incorporated in 2003. Prior to this Ross held senior roles at another major loss adjusting practice, in both operational and account management.
