Joel Ho

Joel Ho, MBA, is an experienced product manager currently serving in the role at QuestionPro since January 2022. Prior to this, Joel held the position of Digital Offering Manager at IBM from July 2018 to May 2020, where responsibilities included managing the digital experience of key products such as SPSS Statistics and Watson Studio, transitioning them to SaaS offerings. As the founder of MobileSec Solutions LLC from June 2012 to May 2017, Joel developed an innovative low-cost electromagnetic pulse solution that achieved approximately $100K in sales. Earlier in the career, Joel worked as a Research Analyst at Meridian Capital Partners (2009-2011), monitoring hedge funds and preparing investment reports, and as an Equity Research Associate at KeyBanc Capital Markets (2008-2009), where Joel helped initiate coverage of retail hardline equity firms during a tumultuous financial period. Joel holds an MBA from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from New York University.
