Noel Fernandes has over 10 years of work experience. Noel started their career at Blue Matrix Software Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. as a Medical Transcriptionist, where they listened to audio recordings of procedures by US doctors, transcribed them into text files, and classified them into each patient's medical record number.

In 2009, Noel joined QuestionPro as a Customer Success Manager, where they provided technical support and managed the growth and retention of QuestionPro Enterprise accounts. Noel developed customer relationships to promote retention and loyalty and maintained and grew the account portfolio.

In 2015, Noel was promoted to Director, Customer Success at QuestionPro. In this role, they led a team of 12 to 15 members and analyzed customer growth and retention using data analysis techniques such as pivot tables and Customer Experience reports. Noel presented weekly growth and retention statistics to stakeholders and provided insights on improving team performance.

Noel Fernandes completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from the JDC Bytco Institute of Management Studies and Research between 2010 and 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Business Administration and Management from the University of Mumbai, studying from 2005 to 2008. Before their undergraduate studies, they attended BYK College of Commerce from 2003 to 2005. Noel completed their schooling at St. Xavier's High School from 1991 to 2002.
