Barbara Quan, AFC®, is a dedicated and dynamic leader with extensive experience in financial empowerment across both non-profit and private sectors. Currently, as the Founder and Empowerment Specialist at Finance With Barbara, they focus on empowering individuals to enhance their financial journeys. Previously, they held roles including Education Manager at My Secure Advantage and Manager of Financial Education at Golden 1 Credit Union, where they led teams and developed impactful financial literacy programs. Barbara is bilingual and actively engages diverse audiences through public speaking and content creation, advocating for financial equity and independence. They continue their education at California State University, Fresno.
