Abby Baker

Abby Baker is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the healthcare recruiting industry. From 2019 to 2023, Abby served as the Director of Recruiting at ProspectBlue, formerly known as Lawyer's Staffing & Medicus Staffing, following the acquisition in June 2019. Prior to that, Abby was the Recruiting Operations Manager at Lawyer's Staffing and Medicus Staffing from 2011 to 2023, specializing in recruiting top talent for medical firms and practices. In 2024, Abby took on the role of Business Development Director in Healthcare at Questpro. Abby began the career journey as a Brand Manager at Victoria's Secret from 2006 to 2011. Abby holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Virginia Commonwealth University.
