Luca De Blasis

Luca De Blasis is a seasoned corporate and innovation strategist currently serving as Director at QuestX, where they are building a business and product incubator aimed at enhancing financial success for Canadians. Previously, Luca held roles such as Chief of Staff to the Vice Chair at Monitor Deloitte’s Financial Services practice and co-founded GroceryHero Canada, a non-profit that connects frontline medical workers with volunteer grocery shoppers during the COVID-19 pandemic. Luca’s experience also includes contributions at the World Economic Forum, where they co-authored influential research on emerging technologies in financial services, and as Co-Founder and CFO of REACH Diagnostics, a social enterprise focused on affordable health solutions. Luca holds an International Bachelor of Business Administration from York University’s Schulich School of Business and is pursuing a Master’s Degree at The University of Sydney Business School.
