Mackenzie Leitner

Mackenzie Leitner is a passionate communications leader currently working as Director of Marketing at Flexiti Financial, overseeing B2B and partner marketing initiatives. Previously, Mackenzie held various roles at Scotiabank, including Senior Manager of Partnerships & Rewards Marketing, where they led a team focused on strategic loyalty programs. Mackenzie began their career at Western University as a Coordinator and later served as a Consultant, enhancing customer engagement for first-year students. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from The University of Western Ontario and a Diploma in Marketing from McMaster University.
