Shu Mao is a seasoned professional in customer analytics and data science, currently serving as Team Lead at Questrade Financial Group since July 2020, where a strong focus is placed on customer analytics. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Analyst in Data Science & Analytics within the Fraud Management department at RBC from June 2018 to July 2020, and as a Marketing Database Analyst at The Bargains Group from September 2016 to June 2018. Shu Mao holds a Post-graduate Certificate in Sales Force Automation and CRM Analytics from Seneca Polytechnic, as well as a Post-graduate Certificate in Strategic Relationship Marketing from George Brown College. Additionally, a Bachelor's Degree in Economics was earned from the University of Montpellier.
