Simón Mass

Simón Mass is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning multiple roles in human resources management. They began as an HR Analyst at Bunge and held several leadership positions, including HR Manager at Grupo Roagro and Gerente de RRHH at Ivanar S.A. Simón has a strong background in managing HR processes across industries, particularly in industrial settings and service-oriented environments. Currently, they serve as HR Manager for both Questrade Financial Group and Flexiti. Simón holds a degree in Psychology from Universidad Nacional de Rosario and has completed additional studies in HR strategy and People Analytics.
