Mike Jennings

Mike Jennings is the Director of Advisory Services at Queue in the Cloud. Mike has over 20 years of experience in the business continuity industry, and has held leadership positions at several well-known organizations.

Jennings began their career as a Business Continuity Practice Leader at RSM US LLP in 2007. Mike then moved to Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts in 2010, where they served as Senior Director of the Disaster Readiness Program Office. In 2017, Jennings joined Resiliam as Director and Practice Leader of the Business Continuity Program.

Jennings joined Assurance Software Inc. (now Castellan Solutions) in January 2019 as Vice President of Advisory Services. In this role, they were tasked with growing the company's consulting practice rapidly. Mike successfully expanded the practice and built a strong team of experts in the field.

Jennings is a highly respected leader in the business continuity industry, and has been instrumental in helping companies of all sizes develop robust continuity plans. Mike is passionate about helping organizations protect their people, assets and operations from disruptions of all kinds.

Mike Jennings has a Masters of Science in Business Continuity, Risk Management and Security from Boston University, a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Norwich University, and is certified by DRI International as a CBCP (Certified Business Continuity Professional) and MBCI (Member of the Business Continuity Institute).

They work with Karen Loomis - Director of Project Management, Andrew Witts - Senior Director of Alliances, and Ajay Sharma - Director of Software Engineering. Mike Jennings reports to Frank Shultz, Chairman & CEO.
