With a background as a successful entrepreneur and executive, Mr. Willis founded a boutique law firm based on a unique approach. Vince also served as Chairman of Merit Service Solutions, LLC, and as CEO of Driveline Holdings, Inc. Vince has a diverse educational background, earning an MBA from Harvard Business School, a JD from University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, and a BBA in Accounting from University of Notre Dame.
