Bettina Wæde

Bettina Wæde is the Director of People & Culture at Queue-it. Bettina has over 17 years of experience in recruiting, search, career- and performance coaching. Bettina has worked with clients from a variety of industries to help them develop their talents and remove physical pains. Bettina is a talent and strength coach, as well as a vegetative trainer (breathing trainer). Bettina is also an Emotion Code Practitioner and is currently under education for BWRT (changing mental patterns).

Bettina Wæde has a Bachelor's degree in HD 1. del from Copenhagen Business Academy.

Bettina Wæde reports to Niels Henrik Sodemann, Co-Founder & CEO. They work with Patrick Spring - VP Marketing, Jonatan Borges - CFO, and Peter Jacobsen - CTO.
