Malou Toft

Malou Toft currently serves as Chief Revenue Officer at Queue-it since August 2025 and is an Advisory Board Member at Sentispec since April 2021. Toft has extensive experience in various roles within Milestone Systems from 2018 until 2025, including Vice President for both APAC and EMEA regions, and board member positions across multiple Milestone Systems subsidiaries. Prior to this, Toft had a significant tenure at Telenor from 2001 to 2018, culminating in the role of Senior Director of Business Markets in Telenor Denmark, with additional international experience in Myanmar and leadership roles in strategy and marketing. Toft's educational background includes multiple degrees from Copenhagen Business School, an MBA from Melbourne Business School, and specialized programs at London Business School and INSEAD.
