Juan J. Martinez has a strong background in software development. From 2019 to present, they worked at Quext as a Senior Software Developer Team Lead. During this time, they implemented enhancements to the company's chatbot product using vector embeddings and semantic search. Juan J. also designed and developed an appointment scheduling REST API using microservice architecture. In their previous role as a Software Developer at Quext from 2019 to 2020, Juan contributed to training a Dialogflow agent for the company's chatbot and created a front-end application for the chatbot using Vue3. Prior to their time at Quext, Juan worked as a Software Developer at VIMA TRANSPORTATION, INC from 2017 to 2018. In this role, they developed Smart Fleet Manager, a single webpage application and an Android app for freight management.
