Ralph Thomas, Ph.D.

Ralph Thomas, Ph.D. has a diverse range of work experience in analytics, software design, and business intelligence solutions. Ralph is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Quick Custom Intelligence, where they implement analytics into gaming companies and develops business intelligence tools. Ralph is also the Founder and CEO of Speed of You, INC, where they drive the development of the Speed of You Learning Platform and utilizes their knowledge of software design, programming, and data science. Prior to these roles, Ralph was the President, CTO, and Founder of Education Revolution, LLC, where they built and delivered the Socrates Learning Platform.

Additionally, Ralph has held positions at VizExplorer as a Senior Adviser of Gaming & Data Science and as the Chief Data Scientist and General Manager of Gaming & Strategy. Ralph also served as the Vice President of Strategic Analytics and Database Marketing at Seminole Gaming, where they developed strategies to increase company EBIDTA and collaborated with senior executives on marketing and operational plans. Before Seminole Gaming, Ralph worked as the Director of Database Marketing at Station Casinos, where they oversaw targeted marketing campaigns and analyzed marketing and financial data for executive leadership.

Ralph Thomas, Ph.D., began their education in 1990 at the University of Chicago, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Science degree in Mathematics. Ralph completed this program in 1994. Following this, they enrolled at Princeton University from 1994 to 1998, earning a Master of Science in Mathematics. In 2005, Ralph Thomas began their Ph.D. studies in Mathematics at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, completing their doctorate in 2008.
