Dave Slawson

Dave Slawson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and development, project management, and client account leadership. Currently serving as the Head of Learning and Development at Quick Release since November 2014, Dave is responsible for designing and implementing global learning strategies for over 400 employees, alongside participating in various HR management activities. Previously, Dave held roles such as Business Leader and Business Manager at Quick Release, overseeing significant accounts and managing project teams. Prior to Quick Release, Dave gained valuable experience at Nacora International Insurance Brokers and Aon, where responsibilities included client account management, performance development, and insurance coordination. Dave holds an Associate Diploma in Organisational Learning & Development and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Kent.
