Emma Lloyd

Emma Lloyd is an experienced People Director at Quick Release since March 2014, overseeing Talent Acquisition, HR, Professional Development, and Equality, Diversity & Inclusion to enhance the employee experience from recruitment through to development. Prior roles include serving as an HR professional at Reply from October 2011 to October 2013 and as an HR Assistant at Mills & Reeve from September 2004 to October 2011. Emma holds a CIPD degree in Human Resources from Solihull College, earned between 2008 and 2011, and focuses on creating a positive HR function that supports growth and retention in a dynamic consultancy environment.
