Rachael Smith

Rachael Smith is a dedicated PhD student at UCL since September 2017, focusing on stacking disorder within various materials, which integrates experimental materials chemistry with computational modelling and programming. Prior to this, Rachael Smith operated as a private tutor from January 2013 to December 2021, specializing in preparing students for the Kent 11 Plus exam, GCSE, and A Level in Maths and Chemistry. Additionally, Rachael Smith gained experience as a Sunday shop manager at Age UK from December 2015 to March 2017, overseeing shop operations, cash handling, volunteer staff management, and stock maintenance. Currently, Rachael Smith also serves as a Professional Project Analyst at Quick Release_ since January 2022.
