Crystal Green

Crystal Green is a seasoned leader in Customer Success, currently serving as the Vice President of Customer Success at Quickbase since March 2025. Prior experience includes a notable tenure at Malwarebytes from June 2018 to March 2025, where Crystal held multiple leadership roles, ultimately advancing to Vice President of Customer Success & Support. In that capacity, responsibilities included scaling the Customer Success function and implementing data-driven strategies to enhance customer engagement. Earlier positions at Malwarebytes involved managing large teams and developing success management models tailored for SMBs. Crystal began a career in Customer Success at FairWarning, Inc., supporting healthcare systems, and also has experience in insurance account management at State Farm. Crystal earned an MBA from The University of Tampa and a BA from Flagler College.
