Denise Pachan

Denise Pachan has extensive experience in IT operations and systems administration, beginning as a Desktop Support Technician at Boston Globe Media in 2000, followed by roles at LYCOS and McKesson as a Systems Administrator. Denise advanced to leadership positions at The RMR Group, serving as Sr. Director IT Operations & Infrastructure Engineering and later as Director, overseeing multiple teams and ensuring the efficient delivery of IT services. Additional roles include IT Operations Manager at Open Channel Solutions and Manager U.S. Data Center Operations at ModusLink, where Denise managed significant IT resources across global offices. Currently, Denise serves as Director of IT Operations at Quickbase. Denise holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Biology from Tufts University.
