Michael Young

Michael Young is an experienced Lead Human Resources Business Partner currently focused on enhancing employee experiences at DataRobot, particularly within the R&D organization. They have held significant HR roles, including Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Techstars and DataRobot, where they played a pivotal role in scaling the company from 300 to 1200 employees.
