Nicholas Berardi

Nicholas Berardi is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis. Currently serving as Lead Analyst, FP&A at Quickbase since September 2021, Nicholas has advanced through various roles including Senior FP&A Analyst and FP&A Analyst. Prior to this, Nicholas worked at Boston Children's Hospital from May 2018 to September 2021 as Budget Analyst II, where responsibilities included the creation and implementation of the hospital’s annual operating plan, and previously as Budget Analyst. Early in the career, Nicholas held the position of Financial Analyst at Yale New Haven Health, focusing on budget preparation, variance analysis, and capital budgets, after an internship with the same organization where contributions included improving patient experience analyses and helping the tax department. Nicholas holds a degree from Providence College, attended the Providence College Center for Theology and Religious Studies, and is a graduate of Cheshire High School.
