Previously, Tracy worked as a trainer and consultant at Mosaic Development, guiding organizations through software implementations, and has held various consulting roles that focused on training and documentation across multiple industries. Tracy holds degrees in Psychology from Princeton University and has served in leadership positions on several non-profit boards.
