Ellinor Törnqvist

Ellinor Törnqvist has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years in various roles related to people and culture, HR, recruitment, and talent management. Ellinor is currently the Head of People & Culture at Quickbit since April 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant & Interim Manager for their own company from September 2017 onwards.

Ellinor has also worked as a People & Culture Advisor at Blocket from May 2020 to April 2021 and as an Interim Human Resources Business Partner at CGI from September 2019 to March 2020.

Before these roles, they held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Ingager from May 2016 to September 2017. Prior to that, they served as the Head of HR at Groupon Nordic from February 2014 to March 2016 and as the Learning & Development Manager at Groupon EMEA from September 2013 to February 2014. Ellinor also worked as a Recruitment Manager at Groupon EMEA from March 2013 to September 2013.

Additionally, Ellinor gained experience as a Consultant Recruitment & Talent Management at Hudson from February 2010 to March 2013, where they helped clients in assessing, recruiting, developing, and engaging the best talent for their businesses. Ellinor started their career as a Recruiter at Adecco from February 2007 to June 2008 and later worked as a Recruitment Specialist at Sale Nordic from June 2008 to February 2010.

Throughout their career, Ellinor has demonstrated a range of skills and expertise in people management, HR strategy, recruitment, talent management, and learning & development.

Ellinor Törnqvist received their Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Stockholm University between the years 2005 and 2008. In 2008, they attended Uppsala University, where they pursued studies in International Labour Law and Legal Studies, although it is not mentioned whether they obtained a degree in this field.

In terms of certifications, Ellinor Törnqvist obtained a Certificate from StyrelseAkademin in May 2023. Additionally, they are a Certified Coach, having completed the program offered by the Mercuri International Group in 2014.
