Justin Erasmus has worked in a variety of roles across multiple industries since 2005. Justin began their career as an Event & Promotions Manager for Kreame Lifestyle Industry, followed by a Project Manager role for Duncan Rhodes Project Management. In 2007, they were selected as a Spring Intern for Goldman Sachs in London. In 2009, they were selected as a Delegate for Brightest Young Minds. From 2010 to 2013, they worked as a Marketing Media & Digital Manager, a Commercial Finance Manager, and a Value Add (Operating) Manager for Procter & Gamble. From 2016 to 2019, they were a Strategic Project Manager for Kellogg Company and a Main Markets Growth Manager for Standard Bank Group. In 2019, they became a Director for QuickBus and in 2020, they became a Director for Spaka, where they lead sales, route to market, product development and investor engagement. Throughout their career, Justin has achieved numerous successes, including launching Ariel in South Africa, exceeding market share and sales targets by 100%, delivering over R100m in media savings, creating over R150m of value in Ethos portfolio companies, and leading the proof of concept pilot for the main market payment solution.

Justin Erasmus completed their Bachelor of Business Science degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Cape Town between 2005 and 2009.
