Ross Nordstrom

Ross Nordstrom's work experience is as follows:

- Principal Engineer at quickcode.ai since December 2021. Ross is responsible for using machine learning to build explainable classifiers and developing full-stack products using Angular, Python, Postgres, Elasticsearch, k8s, and AWS.

- Engineering Manager at NETSCOUT from January 2018 to December 2021. Ross managed a cross-functional team and led the planning and delivery of cross-team initiatives. Ross also played a role in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring developers.

- Engineering Manager (Player-coach) at NETSCOUT's Link-Live from July 2016 to January 2018.

- Software Engineer (Frontend Tech Lead) at NETSCOUT's TruViewLive (now nGeniusPULSE) from January 2016 to July 2016. Ross was responsible for leading UI development, contributing to full-stack development, and mentoring newer engineers.

- AEP Manager at Fluke Networks from January 2015 to December 2015. Ross hired, managed, coached, and performance reviewed new grads and interns. Ross also led college recruiting and onboarding.

Ross Nordstrom obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, which they pursued from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, Ross Nordstrom holds a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in January 2020.
