Gerhard Friedli

Gerhard Friedli has over two decades of experience in customer service and administrative roles. Currently, Gerhard serves as a Senior Administrative Customer Service Agent at Quickline AG since October 2019. Prior to this position, Gerhard worked at the Bundesamt für Kultur (BAK) as a Sachbearbeiter from March 2019 to October 2019. Gerhard's extensive background also includes nearly 18 years at Sunrise Communications AG, where roles included Retail Store Manager, Verkaufsberater, and Callcenter-Mitarbeiter. Earlier in Gerhard's career, a position as Sachbearbeiter at SBB CFF FFS was held from August 1997 to December 2000.
