John Hafycz

John Hafycz, MD, is currently an addiction medicine and emergency medicine physician, working at Christiana Care Hospital and Newark Urgent Care. A strong advocate for work-life balance, their professional interests include medical education, quality improvement, and patient safety. Previously, John held roles such as Resident Doctor at St. Luke's University Health Network and served as an Addiction Medicine Physician at Harbor of Grace Enhanced Recovery Center. They earned a Doctor of Medicine from Jefferson Medical College and a Bachelor’s Degree with honors from the University of Delaware.
