Saad Chhipa

Saad Chhipa is a tax consultant at Quicko. Prior to that, they were an audit assistant at Pipara & Co LLP from February 2017 to February 2020. There, they worked on statutory audits under the Companies Act of 2013 for large corporate companies, as well as internal and management audits of large and medium sized organizations. Saad also helped establish ICS & FC (Internal Control System & Financial Controls) in the case of start-ups, and conducted forensic audits including establishing money trails in cases of loan frauds and examining financials and other allied services. In addition, they oversaw business takeovers, including the transfer of trademarks and brands, and the valuation of business assets. Finally, they conducted IBC audits under the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code of 2016.

Saad Chhipa is a Chartered Accountant who has a Bachelor of Commerce from Gujarat University.
