Carol Kramer

Carol Kramer has had an extensive career in human resources, spanning multiple industries. Carol is currently serving as the Senior VP of People and Culture at CyberQP since December 2022. Prior to that, Carol held the position of EVP of People Operations at SKOUT CYBERSECURITY from September 2019 to December 2022. Before that, they were the VP of Human Resources at High Ridge Brands from May 2018 to September 2019. From August 2014 to April 2018, Carol worked as the VP of Human Resources at Mediabistro Holdings LLC, where they oversaw all areas of HR. From December 2005 to August 2014, they served as the Director of HR at Mediabistro, Inc., and earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior HR Manager at SBS Int'l, a Boeing Company from January 2002 to June 2003.

Carol Kramer attended UC Santa Barbara from 1986 to 1990, and they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English during that time.
