Jacqueline Dowden

Jacqueline Dowden has a diverse background in both cyber security and leadership, most recently participating in a 24-week immersive Cyber Security Boot Camp at QuickStart Inc., where project-focused training included networking, Python programming, and ethical hacking. Prior experience includes serving as a Captain for the Sacramento Police Department, overseeing the Metro Division, and holding various leadership roles, such as Head Coach for the Loomis Blaze U14 girls soccer team and a former Board Member at Cottage Housing Inc. Jacqueline's educational achievements include a Cyber Security Bootcamp from California State University, Chico, a Master's in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor's in Communications Studies from California State University-Sacramento.
