Scott Fredrickson is a seasoned expert in technical training and customer experience, currently serving as the Director of Operations at QuickStart Intelligence since 2011. Prior to this role, Scott held the position of Director of Training Operations at SQLSoft+ from 1998 to 2011, following the company's acquisition.
