Val Lacey

Val Lacey is a Learning and Development professional with experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating learning programs to develop employees. They have worked at Quickstep Group and GSK as Technical Trainer and Learning and Development Advisor respectively. Val also has experience as a Project Officer at Quickstep Technologies and as a Senior Specialist Learning & Development at Merck. Their strengths include managing production teams and leading continuous improvement projects. Val holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from TAFE NSW.
