Marco Arosio has worked in the hospitality industry since 1991. Marco began their career in England with Withbread Hotels, then moved to Germany with Steigenberger Hotels AG in 1992. In 1993, they joined Europe Hotels International as Director of Contracting. Marco then moved to the Canary Islands with AGA Online Services as a Commercial Delegate in 2012. In 2014, they moved to Tenerife to work with Hoteles Dragos as an Outsourcing Contractor. In 2020, they joined Quicktext as a Market Manager for Spain. In this role, they are passionate about building relationships and adopting new concepts to better himself, their company, and their client's relationship. Quicktext is an AI powered chatbot and vocal assistant dedicated to the hospitality industry, aiming to increase direct sales and boost guest satisfaction.
