Rasheed Omotayo currently serves as the Director of Customer Success and Retention at Quidax, having joined in April 2023. Previously, Rasheed was the Regional Team Lead for Customer Success at Moniepoint Inc., where responsibilities included mentoring over 60 team members and enhancing customer education to boost product adoption. As Customer Success Lead at Jobberman Nigeria, Rasheed managed high-value accounts and spearheaded initiatives for customer retention and experience improvement. Earlier experience includes roles at RenMoney MFB LTD focused on contact center performance and customer engagement, as well as various positions in customer service and operations. Rasheed holds a B.Sc. in Biochemistry from the University of Ilorin and an MBA in Business Administration and Management. Additionally, Rasheed is advancing skills in Product Management through a course at ProductDive.
