Stan Winter

As acting practice leader for Land Planning, Stan brings over 30 years of planning experience to each project, reflected in a keen aptitude for creating design solutions to a myriad of land development challenges. Stan joined Quiddity after working on several high-profile projects, particularly suburban developments for the private sector, during which he became a strong advocate for clients, fully representing their needs throughout the design and approval process. He has been instrumental in the design and approval of hundreds of projects, championing the mutual goals of the client, city staff, elected officials, and the community.
