Terry Reeves

Terry has been with Quiddity since June 2005. He is responsible for the management and design of land development and municipal utility district projects in the Houston Metropolitan area and serves as the Senior Vice President of Land Development across Texas. Terry’s areas of expertise include supervising street paving, underground utility design, drainage studies, and hydrology, and hydraulics, as well as feasibility and District Creation, reports. Terry is also responsible for supervising general engineering services for several municipal utility districts including water and wastewater treatment plant consultation, drainage evaluations, underground utility rehabilitation, site development review, and bond application reports.
