They have led communication strategies and user research for significant pension schemes at Quietroom and implemented crucial benefit changes while managing pension communications at NatWest Group. Currently, Thomas serves as a Consultant and AI Lead at Quietroom, where they focus on the intersection of AI and pension communication, evaluating LLM capabilities and developing new AI-powered tools.
