Dean Bauer possesses extensive experience in surveying and project management, with a professional career spanning from 1982 to the present. Currently serving as the Director of Surveying at Quigg Engineering Inc. since December 2018, Dean also manages the survey department at AES Services, Inc. since February 2013, overseeing activities related to Tollway Projects and Right-Of-Way acquisitions. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Cemcon Ltd as Senior Project Manager and Senior Professional Land Surveyor, managing various land surveying projects and field crews. Earlier roles included Crew Chief and Survey Tech at Wells Engineers, and Drafter at Pittsburg DesMoines Steel. Dean holds an Associate's degree in Architecture/Route Survey/Land Surveying from Morrison Institute of Technology.
