Charles Cornman

Charles Cornman currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Quikrete, the largest manufacturer of packaged concrete and cement mixes in the U.S., a position held since September 2016. Prior to this role, Cornman held various significant positions, including Vice President of Research, Development & Technical Services at Custom Building Products, and Chief Executive Officer at Uremet Corporation. With extensive experience in research and development, Cornman also contributed to the advancement of building materials at Custom Building Products and worked in various research roles at GCP Applied Technologies and Georgia Pacific, Inc. An academic background includes a position as Assistant Professor of Chemistry at North Carolina State University, where Cornman secured research funding and mentored graduate students.
